Faculty of Psychology Universitas Airlangga held socialization of the e-Office mechanism on Friday, February 22nd, 2019, which took place at the Hall of the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Airlangga. This activity was held in several sessions all students from class 2013 to 2018 so it could be equally well accepted by each class.
The socialization of the e-Office mechanism aims to introduce students to new programs carried out by the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Airlangga. The e-Office program facilitates students in terms of academic and student affairs administration. The students don’t have to go to the administration office to take care of correspondence matters, but could personally access through PsyCHE instead, an online platform provided for lecturing activities at the Faculty of Psychology.
The new facility includes correspondence matters related to scholarship applications, internship permits, thesis research permits, data collection permits, scholarship extensions, graduation certificates, and active student certificates.

Dr. Nur Ainy Fardana N., M.Si., Psikolog, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Psychology Universitas Airlangga, as the speaker in e-Office socialization said that students have been facilitated in correspondence matters to improve time efficiency. With this new facility, students are expected not to be afraid to develop themselves.
That way, e-Office programs can provide convenience for students or for academic and student affairs staff in managing correspondence matters. The e-Office service can be accessed on https://psyche.psikologi.unair.ac.id/ page on the formal letter menu and then choose the required letter option. This e-office can also be accessed via a smartphone.
