Management Trainee Program (MTP) is a special Management Development Program designed for dynamic, enthusiastic and talented young people who are eager to become future leaders within Indonesia’s leading multi-format retailer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/master degree from reputable university (local or overseas)
- Open to any major with strong academic credentials, min. GPA 3.00
- Max. age 28 years old
- Good command in English both oral and written
- TOEFL score PBT=450, CBT=133
- Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Willing to be rotated in all stores & distribution centre throughout Indonesia during the program
- Open for future engagement within any stores/DC/headquarters in Indonesia or overseas
- Passionate for a dynamic career in the retail industry
Successful candidates will be employed in a managerial position within our management structure.
