Abstract

Individu yang menjalankan dua peran antara pekerjaan dan keluarga tidak selalu menimbulkan konflik, namun justru dapat memperkaya pengalaman dan mendukung kinerja secara optimal. Karyawan dapat menikmati pekerjaannya, bangga dengan pekerjaannya serta tetap berusaha mengatasi masalah meskipun sulit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kontribusi work family enrichment terhadap work engagement dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan jenis non probability sampling dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 49 karyawan yang sudah menikah. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan alat ukur Work Family Enrichment Scale dan alat ukur Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi dengan bantuan program SPSS 25.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan sebesar 25,1% work family enrichment terhadap work engagement. Secara parsial, arah keterlibatan work to family enrichment memberikan kontribusi paling signifikan terhadap work engagement sebesar 20,5%, dan arah keterlibatan family to work enrichment memberikan kontribusi sebesar 4,6%.

Individuals who carry out two roles between work and family do not always cause conflict, but can actually enrich the experience and support optimal performance. Employees can enjoy their work, be proud of their work and keep trying to solve problems even though they are difficult. This study aims to see the contribution of work family enrichment to work engagement with a quantitative approach. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling and obtained a total sample of 49 employees who are married. The research data were obtained using the Work Family Enrichment Scale and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. Data analysis using regression test with the help of SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The results obtained indicate that there is a significant contribution of 25.1% of work family enrichment to work engagement. Partially, the direction of involvement of work to family enrichment gave the most significant contribution to work engagement of 20.5%, and the direction of involvement of family to work enrichment contributed 4.6%.
