Analisis Grit Model Pada Guru Lembaga Pendidikan Non Formal Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

ABSTRAK
Dalam komponen pendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan, kesejahteraan terhadap guru merupakan suatu hal yang perlu diperhatikan. Pada kenyataannya, dukungan kepada guru, terutama guru non formal masih menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan, salah satu contohnya yaitu rendahnya tunjangan yang diberikan kepada guru non formal. Ditambah lagi keadaan yang memburuk pada masa pandemi Covid-19 membuat banyak orang hidup dalam kesulitan. Sementara itu, masih banyak guru yang bertahan untuk mengajar di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat gambaran guru yang bertahan selama pandemi Covid-19 dengan konsep grit, dimana konsep grit ditemukan sebagai konsep yang menunjukkan faktor yang membuat seseorang bertahan dalam sebuah tujuan tertentu. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan studi fenomenologi kepada 3 guru lembaga pendidikan non formal selama masa pandemi Covid-19.

ABSTRACT
In the components of supporting the implementation of education, the welfare of teachers is something that needs to be considered. In fact, support for teachers, especially non-formal teachers is still something that needs to be considered, one example of which is the low allowances given to non-formal teachers. In addition, the worsening situation during the Covid-19 pandemic has made many people live in difficulties. Meanwhile, there are still many teachers who persist to teach during the pandemic. This research was conducted with the aim of looking at the picture of teachers who survived the Covid-19 pandemic with the concept of grit, where the concept of grit was found as a concept that shows the factors that make a person persist in a certain goal. This study uses qualitative research methods with phenomenological studies to 3 teachers of non-formal educational institutions during the Covid-19 pandemic.
