ABSTRAK
Selama pandemi COVID-19, pembelajaran di semua jenjang pendidikan berubah menjadi online, seperti pada mata kuliah psikodiagnostik. Beberapa pendidik dan siswa membutuhkan adaptasi, sehingga beberapa kendala akademik terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala dan efektivitas proses pembelajaran psikodiagnostik selama pandemi Covid-19 di Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Airlangga. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam. Teknik pemilihan subjek menggunakan purposive sampling. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa S1, mahasiswa S2, asisten mata kuliah, dan kepala laboratorium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran pada masa pandemi telah dilaksanakan semaksimal mungkin dengan standar pemahaman mahasiswa selama perkuliahan online, juga proses pembelajaran sudah efektif jika dilihat dari perspektif pemahaman teoritis, namun dalam praktek atau pengalaman siswa, masih perlu berlatih secara langsung untuk mendapatkan hasil yang efektif.
ABSTRACT
During the COVID-19 pandemic, learning at all levels of education changed to online, such as in psychodiagnostic courses. Some educators and students need adaptation, so that some academic obstacles occur. This study aims to determine the constraints and effectiveness of the psychodiagnostic learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Faculty of Psychology, Airlangga University. The research method is descriptive qualitative through in-depth interviews. Subject selection technique using purposive sampling. The research subjects were undergraduate students, master's students, course assistants, and the head of the laboratory. The results of the study show that the learning process during the pandemic has been carried out to the fullest extent possible with student understanding standards during online lectures, also the learning process has been effective from a theoretical understanding perspective, but in practice or student experience, they still need to practice directly to get effective results.
