Data retrieval is done by distributing online questionnaires. In taking the sample, this research uses non-probability sampling with a quota sampling technique. Specific criteria for the sample used are workers who use the work-from-home system. Furthermore, data testing will use SPSS 26 statistical program method. Referring to the data testing using the SPSS 26 Statistics Program, it obtained a t-value of 5,626, greater than the t-Table score (1.98447). Referring to the results of SPSS data testing, it can be concluded that the implementation of the work-from-home system has a positive influence on the quality of human resources.
