MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)
Management Trainee Program that we set offers a great opportunity for you to accelerate your carreer. You will engage in a comprehensive learning process in all of our businees processes, including learning in the classroom and on the job training. Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university
- Graduates within 4 years, GPA min. 3,25
- Able to operate computer
- Strong interpersonal skill, teamwork, and leadership
- Proactive and hard driver
- Have organization experiences
- Major in: Mining, Geology, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Law, Psychology, and Accounting.
Selection stages:
- Administration test
- Psychotest
- Panel interview (with General Manager and Board Directors)
- Medical examination
